1) BOOKINGS: To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a 50% deposit due at the time of signing. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable after three (3) days have elapsed from the date of contract signing. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and deposit are received.

2) BOOKING TIMES: Contract will contain a start time and end time initialed and approved by client. Each makeup application requires a certain length of time to be finished and is not to exceed time limit. When reserving your date, book accordingly. Any additional makeup needs outside contract will only be performed at the discretion of the makeup artist. All persons involved in makeup appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to not break the contract. All makeup for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive in time (no gaps in between).

3) CONSULTATION: A Trial Session does NOT ensure booking. Prior to the Wedding / Events, Foreveruntamed Artistry will perform the “Initial Consultation”, to determine make-up colors and application method, per the requirements of the Client. It is highly recommended to bring at least (3) images for each hair and makeup look. Consultations are limited to one look, one hour, additional fee for additional looks. Consultations are held in-studio, Monday thru Thursday ONLY. Trial Sessions are NOT refundable.

4) PAYMENT: In full consideration for all services rendered by the Artist at the location, the Client agrees to make the following payments in U.S. funds to the Artist.

5) DEPOSIT: In order to secure the date / time signed contract and deposit are required, NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • In order to secure the date, a non-refundable deposit of 50%, is required, (not including consultation), this will be considered a booking.

  • The remaining balance is due (3) DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT as one payment – NO EXCEPTIONS. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract.

  • Acceptable forms of payment are: [CASH, PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD, CHECK].

    • If any check is returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds (NSF), a $35.00 fee will be charged on top of bank fees and 100% of all fees contracted for will be due in Cash advance to keep booked reservation. Any booking made under such circumstances, (NSF), is subject to cancellation and any deposits paid will be forfeited.

    • For all Credit Card transactions, a transaction fee of 3.5% will apply.

    • For PayPal payments, please process as “Personal Transaction”.

6) TRAVEL RATE: I understand there is a $1.00 per mile travel fee (round trip) for locations between 10 and 60 miles of my location in the Orange County area. That fee is waived when four (4) or more makeovers are taken place at that location on that day. If your location is more than 60 miles away, there will be an additional charge. [For events with multiple locations: A 1/2 of the hourly rate is charged per hour of travel from place of hire].

7) PARKING FEES: Where Parking, Toll Roads, Valet may be incurred, the amount will be included with the final bill and due for payment on the day of the event.

8) CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of Cancellation, (1) Month notice is required, if sufficient notice is not provided before scheduled event, Client will lose the deposit made to the Artist. Upon payment of the cancellation fee, Client will have no further liability to Artist hereunder.

9) REFUNDS: All deposit monies paid by client will be refunded if contract is cancelled within three (3) days of contract signing. After the three day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event or any service on a contract, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. If Makeup Artist cancels at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason, 110% of the deposit paid will be refunded by check within two (2) weeks. Client agrees that the refund of 110% of the deposit is the only liability to Foreveruntamed Artisty by Sonia Kiani. There are NO refunds after service(s) have been paid for and/or event is completed. Do to this fact; we HIGHLY encourage our clients to do an “initial Consultation” to determine whether they would like to book us for their event.

10) DELAYS: A late fee of $15.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled makeup exceeds allotted time because of client delays. Contract will state the times late fees will begin and the amount charged and will be initialed and approved by client. In the event a Client is late to the event all fees are due and payable to the Artist. The Artist will do their best to complete all parties.

11) NO SHOW: Sessions Makeup is not responsible for no show parties. Once the agreement has been signed and a deposit has been received. Signer will be responsible to pay in full for all parties that fail to show up for their appointment time.

12) DOUBLE BOOKING CLAUSE: Due to potential scheduling conflicts, if any person is not available for an appointed booking time, then his or her makeup may be cancelled (at the sole discretion of the makeup artist) and all deposit monies are non-refunded.​

13) EVENT DATE/TIME/LOCATION CHANGE POLICY: At client’s request, the event date/time/location may be changed. Without sufficient notice, a fee of $50.00 will apply for event date change and additional Travel Fees will apply. Additional will apply for start times before 8:00AM. [Excluding Bodybuilding Competitions]

14) AIRFARE AND ACCOMMODATIONS: All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by Client. Costs may include, but are not limited to: Airfare, Hotel, Transportation, Per Diem for zip code, Service Incidentals and all Taxes. Artist will furnish any and all receipts and invoices of all charges and/or payments made toward balance by Client. Client is responsible for reserving lodging the night preceding the event.​

15) SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Location of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the makeup artist needs to complete the makeup. A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist at said location. Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use by makeup artist. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. ​​

16) ON LOCATION HOLIDAY BOOKINGS: A fee will apply (Thanksgiving Holiday- Thursday-Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Years Day, Independence Day, as well as long weekends including Memorial Day weekend- Friday-Monday and Labor Day weekend- Friday-Monday)

​17) SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Makeup/Hair will be completed to client’s satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted makeup time. Ample time is given for each makeup/hair upon booking. Acceptance of completed makeup/hair application by client is acknowledgement by client that makeup is done to his / her satisfaction.​ ​​

18) HAIR SERVICES:Foreveruntamed Artistry is primarily a makeup team with hair services available. If hired, blow-dry is NOT included for any styling services (such as bridal or non-bridal up-do and hair styling appointments), hair must be 100% dry for any and all appointments. If hair is damp, $25.00 blow-dry fee will be added to your service.

• Additional Hairstylists are available, although not active members on the team, are available per style request and have their own personal set rates. Foreveruntamed Artistry is not responsible for the conduct, prices, hair style given, or any other responsibility a stylist may have to a client. These services are at the discretion of the client and stylist. Foreveruntamed Artistry will not be held liable for any misfortune caused by stylist.​

19) LIABILITY: All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to cosmetic application, and if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release Foreveruntamed Artistry its Owner, Artists, Assistants, and all Staff from liability for any allergic reaction or injury suffered by Client and/or Client’s Party due to cosmetics, oils, metals, latex or any ingredients if not mentioned prior to application. All minors must have an adult’s consent and signed waiver before entering into any agreement with session Makeup Artist.​​

18) ADVERTISING: Client agrees to allow Foreveruntamed Artistry to take before and after pictures to use for promotional use for advertising purposes on its website and other promotion materials. This signed agreement serves as a release to client(s), photographers / videographer and authorizes them to release to Foreveruntamed Artistry and its Owners, Agents, and Staff any photograph / recordings to use on any promotional material Foreverntamed Artistry deems necessary.

19) ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement represents all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. No other understanding or representations, oral or otherwise, regarding the agreement shall bind any of the parties.

20) MISCELLANEOUS: The “Project Agreement” and the attached rider(s), if any, set forth the entire agreement between the parties, and may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties. This “Project Agreement” will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to the principles of conflicts of law. In any action or proceeding involving a dispute between the Client and the Artist arising out of this “Project Agreement”, the prevailing party will be entitled to receive from the losing party reasonable attorney’s fees.
